Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

All new accounts receive a premium trial based on country selection at signup (India: 30 days, Other countries: 14 days unless configured otherwise by plan settings).

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period unless required by law otherwise.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once charged.
  • If duplicate or incorrect charges occur due to technical errors, we will review and process eligible refunds.
  • Refund requests should be raised within 7 calendar days from charge date.

4. How to Request Cancellation/Refund

Email support@siteagent.ai with your account email, organization name, and payment reference (Razorpay/Stripe receipt ID). We typically respond within 1 business day.
